If you received defective or incorrect products, please contact us at [email protected].And provide a photo of the products you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide the best solution to you.
If your order is experiencing problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out to our team, and we’ll be able to locate your order. Please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address to receive timely assistance.
Don't hesitate to contact us regarding any assistance you require within 90 days of your order’s purchase date. After 90 days, we cannot guarantee that return, refund, or replacement assistance can be offered to remediate the order issue you experienced.

Return Eligible

We provide 14 days of no-hassle returns to ensure your best purchasing experience. But need to meet the following conditions.
We only accept unused returns, non-artificial damage and within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by their tracking information.
Wholesale orders will be subject to negotiation.

Choose a carrier and pay the cost of return shipping.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
You can be eligible for a 50% refund on orders marked as "refused" or "returned to sender.”
*We do not accept in-person returns.*

Contact us and provide the photo of the refund parcel's shipment receipt/label or active tracking number. Please also 
leave the order number.

*Please also include the full name and quantity of the items returned in the parcel.

We will issue a refund, after which the funds will return to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Order cancellation

We can cancel the order which still not been sent out from the warehouse.
Once our warehouse sends out the parcel, we are unable to cancel the order.
If you need to return the goods sent out, please accept the parcel. And choose a warehouse to return to by the above step.
